Direct people to the red carpet photo op area outside the Colonial Theatre

Direct people inside the theatre to the ticket counter and/or concessions

Keep pedestrian flow moving in front of the Colonial Theatre

Saturday, June 21, 11:30 a.m. | Rhino Rumble Road Race - race begins at noon

Help with staging all the runners in the parking lot of Ted's Shoe & Sport

Registration verification

Saturday, June 21, 11:30 a.m. | Parade - parade begins at 12:15 p.m. right behind the road race

Staging of all the parade participants

Line up youth bicycle riders

Hand candy to parade spectators along the route

Walk on either side of all the vehicles as the parade advances up Main Street

Walk dogs from Monadnock Humane Society along parade route

Saturday, June 21, 1:00-4:00 p.m. | Scavenger Hunt

Identify locations on Scavenger Hunt map for participants

Direct participants to Chamber of Commerce in Central Square to submit their entry

Sunday, June 22, 4:00 p.m. | Closing Ceremony
